Beauty and the Beast

Delightful. I don't know what people's problem with it is. The music was terrific, the costumes and sets beautiful. The acting was fine. The plot unfolded well, the development of the characters well done. It was scary and joyful. Altogether an enjoyable film.

Not sure what movie that the person who said there was no chemistry with the leads, that wasn't my impression at all. Great job Disney. My Grandchildren 2 boys and 1 girl loved it as did I.

It was amazing, went with my family ages 8 to 69. Every one even the 15 year old loved it. It is the best adaptation from live action to animation to date. Will buy the B Ray as soon as it is released. 5 Stars

It was the best disney cartoons made live. Absolutely perfect. A must see especially if you're a beauty and the beast fan. Just could not stop smiling through it all.

Why didn't they just get Hugh Jackman to play Gaston and Why didn't they just get Chris Hemsworth to play The Beast

Beauty and the Beast (1991) is one of my favourite disney movies so I was very hesitant about watching this and comparing them but I ended up falling in love with this remake. It was amazing getting to see it all come to life, it was a beautiful movie, absolutely loved it!!

Less than 48 hrs. before the premiere we found movie seats for 6 sisters and 2 daughters/cousins. A film that can bring us together filled with hope and eagerness. A cinematic tale that embodies beauty, generosity, prejudice and fear is a "must-see"; even though it's "a tale as old as time". I love the animated version; although I wish they had cast someone much more "Beautiful" for the title role.

I can't say I liked it. It reeked of smugness and superficiality.

I found this movie refreshing whether it be in animation or live action. It’s better than the constant horror and violence of this real life we live in today. How I wish for a brighter and happier world where we can pay forward kindness to each other. Had to share how I felt being that I am personally at a very low point in my life and I love the movies as an escape even if it’s only for a little while. Spread some peace and love.
