Terrific acting and cinematography. A feel good story about an orphan in 1920's Paris who fixes a mechanical robot and brings an old artist back to life.

In a stunning tribute to the early pioneers of cinema, master director Martin Scorsese creates a magical interwar Paris, where, in the clock tower of a train station, an orphan boy seeks the tools to repair his only link with his deceased father -- a mechanical man. His search, and the characters and friends he meets along the way, make for marvelous and spell-binding entertainment for all ages. Stunning cinematography and clever use of 3D make this a must-see!
