Synopsis

Based on a true story, this biographical drama stars Rebecca Hall as 1970s reporter, Christine Chubbuck. The film centers on Christine’s self-doubt and tumultuous home life, leading her to suffer with depression. As her world continues to close in on her, and after an on-air co-worker ends up as yet another unrequited love, Christine decides to take a dark turn and commits suicide on-air.
