Synopsis

Based on the true events surrounding the Yom Kippur War in 1973, Israel is threatened with the possibility of desolation, putting millions of lives on the line and pushing Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir (Helen Mirren) to navigate high-stakes decisions.

Surrounded by a doubtful cabinet and balancing a complicated relationship with U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger (Liev Schreiber), her formidable leadership undoubtedly changes the fate of her country and its history.
