Corey Haim and his mother, Judy HaimLate actor Corey Haim's mother, Judy Haim, has slammed Corey Feldman and his crowdfunding campaign, calling her late son's friend a "scam artist." Haim and Feldman were close friends since they starred together in various films during their teens.

Feldman recently announced he would be launching a "TRUTH" campaign to expose what he alleges is Hollywood's underground pedophile ring. He set up a crowdfunding page on Indiegogo with a monetary goal of $10 million to go towards making a film about his life, to expose the pedophiles. The campaign has so far raised over $168,000.

Feldman claimed in his 2013 memoir, Coreyography, that he and Haim were both sexually assaulted by men in the industry when they were young, which is no doubt a big part of his motivation to show what he claims will be "the most honest and true depiction of child abuse ever portrayed."

But not everyone's buying it, including Corey Haim's mother, who told The Hollywood Reporter that Feldman has "been talking about revealing the names of his and other abusers for seven years, since my son died. Now he wants $10 million to do it? Come on. It's a long con. He's a scam artist. If he was serious about this, he'd share the information he has with the police."

She goes on to say that she thinks her son was not molested numerous times like Feldman claims, but rather one time by one man in particular. She voices her concern that Feldman is just creating publicity for himself, but will never actually reveal the names of his abusers.

She says, "It's disrespectful to sexual assault survivors and their loved ones in and out of the industry to get their hopes up about uncovering a massive conspiracy, because he will not name names -- ever. And if these people really are out there, and potentially a danger, why wouldn't he want to name them right now?"

Corey Feldman has taken to Twitter to respond to Judy's claims against him, saying, "Judy Haim (no longer her last name) is a bad woman who vehemently protects evil!" In another tweet, he continues, "She has been cre8ting distractions & diversions since her son's death, 2 shun away the feeling of true guilt she must bare!" (sic).

Corey Haim passed away on March 10, 2010 in California of apparent natural causes after years of drug abuse.

    I have been thinking about this and Feldman is an actor...maybe not a great actor, but they consider themselves artists. Many of the artists speak thru their 'art' whether it's via writing a novel, painting, sculpting, music writing, singing or filmmaking etc.. So on one hand, why not tell the world right now over twitter or facebook, social media tattling while this is a hot button topic, or will his comments get lost in all this Weinstein, Brett Ratner, Kevin spacey chatter? So why not make a documentary which might get him a wider audience, show a lot more emotion than a passing social media remark, and at the same time it's preserved in time a lot better than a media report and ya, gets him a career resurgence at the same time. Not sure I'd see this film, but if it is done right and he exposes a lot of people, then good. Right now everyone is coming out of the woodwork with their own stories of sexual abuse and assault but it's passing comments that are just showing the tip of the iceberg and usually specific to one accused person. His documentary might widen the story.

    I'm not so sure about needing the 10 million to achieve his intended goals, however this woman needs to back off. She may not want to hear what happened to her son under her watch. She may have feelings of guilt (any parent would)but name calling your sons best friend and denouncing him as a scam artist for coming forth with intention to expose the gruesome side of the business is just plain wrong and socially irresponsible. She does no justice to her son's memory carrying on this way. If the allegations are true then most likely it's the cause behind why her son got so into drugs to begin with. She wasn't there, she has no business making these statements. There's a lot kids don't tell their parents about things that happen to them, especially boys about these kinds of things. I think it's safe to say his best friend may be more informed on her sons experiences in this matter. Let the guy deal with his demons the way he needs to, in a way that can benefit many others and don't be so judgy. So she should shut it and let him have his voice with a little support woman.

    I think I this guy doesn't need the money to be rich, he can get acting jobs and make millions. So why u think he is not doing that?? He's very focused on stopping these queer rich partying people. Corey is working on a clean mind, at that's the 1st step. Tell on these fags!
