Guy Pearce recalls the time he worked with Kevin Spacey on the 1997 film L.A. Confidential, admitting it was a "difficult time."
Pearce was on the Australian talk show Interview, which was hosted by Andrew Denton. When Denton mentioned his former co-star, Pearce said: "Tough one to talk about at the moment. Amazing actor. Incredible actor. Mmm, slightly difficult time with Kevin, yeah. He's a handsy guy."
He then added: "Thankfully, I was 29 and not 14."
In October of last year, Spacey, 58, was removed from the film All the Money in the World and lost his starring role on the Netflix series House of Cards after actor Anthony Rapp accused him of inappropriate sexual touching when Rapp was just 14 years of age.
Since then, more people have come forward to accuse Spacey of sexual harassment and assault, including eight people from the set of House of Cards and 20 other testimonies from staff members at Old Vic, the prestigious London theater where Spacey served as artistic director for 11 years.
Spacey is also being investigated by the London police for three new sexual assault claims. ~Marriska Fernandes
