Kevin Spacey apologizes for alleged sexual advance on teenage boy Published By Tribute on Oct 30, 2017

Kevin Spacey (pictured at left, above) has apologized after being accused of making sexual advances on an actor who was just 14 at the time.

In an interview with Buzzfeed,  Star Trek: Discovery star Anthony Rapp (pictured above right) recalled the encounter with the House of Cards star, whose apartment he was at for a party in 1986 when both were working on Broadway.

Rapp, who was playing the role of Freddy in Precious Sons in 1986, said he was in Spacey's bedroom watching television because there were no other kids at the party. After the party ended, Rapp says Spacey, who was starring in the Broadway revival of Long Day's Journey Into Night at the time, showed up in the bedroom, visibly drunk.

"He picked me up like a groom picks up the bride over the threshold. But I don't, like, squirm away initially, because I'm like, 'What's going on?' And then he lays down on top of me," Rapp recalled. "He was trying to seduce me. I don't know if I would have used that language. But I was aware that he was trying to get with me sexually." He went on to say he felt Spacey "pressing into me" and "tightening his arms."

Rapp, who is now 46, says he was able to "squirm" away and leave Spacey's home. Since the encounter, Rapp admits he'd hoped to never see Spacey again. He discussed the incident in a 2001 interview with the Advocate but chose not to name Spacey at the time. Encouraged by other victims who've been speaking out recently about their own experiences with sexual assault, most notably the Harvey Weinstein scandal, Rapp says he decided to come forward with the full details of the event in order to make a difference.

In a statement released through his publicist, he said: "I came forward with my story, standing on the shoulders of the many courageous women and men who have been speaking out, to shine a light and hopefully make a difference, as they have done for me. Everything I wanted to say about my experience is in that article, and I have no further comment about it at this time."

Kevin Spacey responded to Rapp's allegations via his Twitter page in a statement that partly read: "I honestly do not remember the encounter, it would have been over 30 years ago. But if I did behave then as he describes, I owe him the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior, and I am sorry for the feelings he describes having carried with him all these years."

In the same statement, Spacey, 58, took the opportunity to confirm what many already suspected about the actor: "This story has encouraged me to address other things about my life... I have loved and had romantic relationships with men throughout my life, and I choose now to live as a gay man."

But many are crying foul on Spacey's apology, saying that using it as a time to "come out" is only an attempt to distract from the allegations and illicit sympathy. Other actors, including those in the LGBT community, have taken to social media to call Spacey out. Comedian Wanda Sykes tweeted: "No no no no no! You do not get to ‘choose’ to hide under the rainbow!" Actress Rose McGowan, who has been very vocal in the Harvey Weinstein scandal after accusing the movie mogul of raping her, tweeted her response as well, saying, "Bye bye, Spacey goodbye, it's your turn to cry, that's why we've gotta say goodbye."

Wait, think about it, he did step over the line over 30 years ago when he was a nobody. He didn't use any'Hollywood power' to do this. He apologized for the incident, which is still a bad thing. BUT then he thought at the same time (maybe after years of denying it), he was outed so he also had to address that too. I can see why he added the extra part about being gay. This also makes me wonder if he was part of a child porn ring that Corey Feldman is talking about....let's wait and find out.

What came to me as a surprise was that he didn't realize everyone knows he's gay. Also that he's a pedophile. Kid actors shouldn't be unaccompanied at adult parties, kid actors whose parents let them go to things like this are really negligent.

It just so happens that Kevin Spacey (along with MANY other Hollywood & World Celebs, including Prince William & Kate, Bill Clinton etc. etc.) have been confirmed guests @ Geoffry Epstein's 'PAEDOPHILE ISLAND' Parties in the past. So the fact that it is now coming out that Kevin Spacey is a 'Celebrity Sexual Predator' who feeds on the Kids supplied by these Billion Dollar Paedophile Networks, Set-up & Run by people like Epstein & Jimmy Saville......should come as no surprise to people. BUT somehow, some people who still have their heads under rocks / in the sand their whole lives, either through Media Blackout -or- wilful indifference: Still Don't Believe that this is going on......BUT IT IS! Every Day Thousands of Children around the world are bought, sold & used by the RICH & ELITE for ILLEGAL, NON-CONSENSUAL SEX of the most depraved kind, many of which are never heard from again* (*Don't Believe it? Just YOUTUBE: 'The Franklin Cover-Up') BUT, LIKE THE RECENT WEINSTEIN CASE & NOW THE SPACEY CASE, HOPEFULLY.....HOPEFULLY, THE BLACK CURTAIN THAT HAS COVERED THESE HORRENDOUS CRIMES COMMITTED BY THE MOST POWERFUL OF PEOPLE IN NORTH AMERICA & INDEED AROUND THE WORLD, MAY FINALLY START TO BE LIFTED, ONCE & FOR ALL. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORLD'S GREATEST COVER-UPS IN ALL OF HISTORY FOLKS, AND IT GOES ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP OF THE PYRAMID. *****SPREAD THE WORD SO THE TRUTH CAN BE HEARD*****

So let me get this straight he has the truth to stop child predators and save many kids if this is true but he won't reveal it unless he can make a film. Interesting motive. And he's a piece of s***. How could you let to this keep going on.
