Revolting.

Is it just me or was this movie a little fruity?

I didn't like this, but I think a distaff remake with hardcore scenes would work.

Surprising to no one that a film with Apatow and Eichner attached to it is ... near flawless. So engaging from start to fini.

Ugh-thats all.

It was fun seeing an all LGBTQ cast playing without inhibition, having fun, and expanding rom coms to include a queer sensibility. The leads, Billy Eichner and Luke MacFarlane were believable in their original antipathy and gradual warming to the idea of actually falling in love. The ad campaign unfortunately did not feature anything that is lovable about this film!

I laughed and I cried. The two leads navigated disappointments and insecurities to try to establish a relationship. Certainly not ground breaking except all through a gay lens. There were funny moments and emotional moments. Loved the hysterical stereotyped inclusion of all the LGBTQ2 personalities. Loved the movie. Notice ratings are mostly 1 star or 5 star ratings. Might demographics play a role here?

John Wayne movies all day long. "Courage is being scared to death but saddling up anyway."

Watch a Lee Marvin movie instead, buttercup.

I really enjoyed this movie and I plan on seeing it again

This movie is just wrong on so many levels. First of all, can we please stop the indoctrination with this garbage? At least we can all agree that the masses have spoken and that the poor box office performance reflects that we are all just tired of this nonsense.

Yikes. A comedy should have at least a few funny parts. Not funny, not entertaining. And it has absolutely nothing to do with it being a gay relationship. A bad movie is just a bad movie.

This is a really lame comedy with a really unappealing lead character, and yet the makers of this movie are blaming the poor box-office on "homophobia" and "intolerance". What nonsense! They should just accept that they made a bad movie that audiences had no interest in seeing. To blame the audiences for their movie bombing is stupid, childish, and irresponsible. Shame on them.

A movie that proves gays can make a romantic comedy just as chiched, shallow and unfunny as the romantic comedies made for straight audiences. This is progress???

I didn't find this movie funny or entertaining, but in fairness, there hasn't been a good rom-com movie in a while. I thought it was lame of the producer to blame heterosexuals for this movie bombing (not attending) and state the movie's failure was mass homophobia. Absolutely ridiculous. That actually was the appeal. A different take on a rom-com. If you enjoy it, great, but it just wasn't that great for myself and a friend with low expectations coming in.

I understand why some would hate this movie: it is an intensely gay love story which is truly groundbreaking! With humour & truth, it projects the message that gay relationships are different from straight relationships. But love is love. It's a movie I want to see again!

Shouldn't this be a horror?

Remember that saying "Bros before hos"? I decided to ignore that advice this time around and do the opposite. I gave "Bros" a pass in favor of a Marica Hase movie. I think I made the right choice. Marica Hase is really hot and I highly recommend all of her outstanding film work. She's really hot. If I found a magic lamp with a genie inside, I would wish for Marica Hase. She's really hot.

Was very funny and heartwarming. I've never seen a movie love story with two guys before. About time they got some representation.

it's for real acting with love intensity

Loved it! We're all familiar with the rom-com trope, but I loved this take on it. It funny, heartfelt, sweet, and had just the right amount of cheese (as all rom-coms do!) The underlying stories allowed depth to what could have otherwise been a a piece of saccharine fluff & the cast was incredible every step of the way. Going to see it again this weekend!

Why is zero stars not a option? Don't waste your money. You'll want a refund or you'll walk out.

it was fun to see a romantic movie of 2 men. I enjoyed it as funny moments with also some more serious topics.

The Blue Oyster gays from Police Academy are less stereotypical than the gays in this EmPoWeRiNg modern movie.

Billy Eichner is a reverse-closeted straight man desperately trying to project a gay sham onto innocent, respectable LGBT trying to live their lives. Just come out Billy, it’s OK.

I went into this thinking it was the long-anticipated biopic telling the story of the legendary 80's pop band from England but I was mistaken. Not a bad way to spend an evening, though.

So entertaining and a lot of fun. The cast was a blast.

Worst movie I've ever started to watch. I wanted it to be funny, heartwarming or at least likeable. Nope. The lead is jaded, caustic, bitter and unhappy about everything. The premise guarantees failure. Take the worst movie you've ever seen - multiply that by ten and you've got Bros. RIP

My family and I enjoyed this movie for what it was: romantic and comedic! It is a movie that gives the opportunity to see the LGBT community from different lenses, and also provides the viewer the comfort of laughing in a comedy setting, with friends and family. Anyone can watch it since it is accessible to all ages. Straight individuals have fun; Gay individuals have fun; All of us do! Lay back, and enjoy! (5*****STARS)
