I'm a BIG FAN of the MAN....and I think we can Really USE a Lot More of him and his Teachings of Love, Compassion and Heaven Within and on the Earth too.......TODAY!! As for the flick.....some parts were OK....some were Good, and some were Lame, sorry. The VW van....dumb signs and other 'hippie regalia'. The Real Thing was WAAAAY Better and Way More Creative. Less focus on the so-called 'Movement' and MORE on the Man & his Simple Truths. But if You Got Something OUT of it, well....that's Great. And I'm SEEING LOTS of GREAT FEEDBACK HERE!!! So I will Add One Thing: The Same Thing- Keeps All Things Alive! So............................KEEP the FAITH!! EARTH 1st - Protect Native RIGHTS!

I love Jesus....I Really DO. And IF this film had More to do about HIM, I probably WOULD'VE liked it Better. As it stood it was OK....it had some 'Moments'. That IS, until the Festival scenes....people (even 'hippies', if you Must) did NOT HOLD UP SIGNS when they Go to see Music - ESP. SIGNS that Look like they were All Painted by the SAME GUY, and Probably the SAME LAME-O that painted them for BAD 70's COP SHOWS. They were Lame THEN, they really Killed the Vibe for ME in This flick. What I wanted was More simple truths about the Man and his Life- The Greatest Perfect Master to Ever be On Earth...So FAR...... The Man who said 'The Kingdom of Heaven is Within' and 'Love they Neighbor as Thyself'. Or 'Don't hide your Light under a bushel'. And 'Do not store your treasures on Earth...where rust and dust doth corrupt....'. You can look Up the Rest... Via Con Dios!

I thought it was a really good movie it really shows what happens when pride and arrogance gets in the way.If your lost looking for answers this is a good one to watch.

I loved the way the love of Jesus is presented. This movie was very nastalgic for me as i was a young child in the early 70's witnessing the power of the Jesus movement then.

I thought this movie was wonderful. The Jesus movement really effected my own live in an awesome way. Just like Jesus is 'awesome' and still works in people's lives today. This movie brought back memories. LOVE SONG band - worshipful music!!!!

Realism -saw this first hand in 60's -70's

Excellent production & great acting performances! It was awesome to see how the Jesus Movement began in America, having heard about it most of our lives! Do it again Lord!!!

I enjoyed how the director wove all the facets of this story together. We left intrigued and did more research on the internet about this revolution.

Couldn't fall asleep during this movie!! The whole movie kept me wanting more of Jesus. Want all my friends and family to see it. God sure touches hearts with this one

I love how the beginning of the Jesus movement got started and it's still going in the Harvest Church. I am going to watch it again with my daughter and my husband!

This movie was life changing! I think that everyone needs to see this film. People I know who lived through this Jesus movement have been permanently impacted. They really captured the events of that time. I will go see this film again and bring friends and family.

This was not just a hippie movie but an acknowledgment that the world of self pleasure and drugs is empty and self destructive. God is our only hope for true love and peace in this world.

Great movie, true story

One of the BEST movies you will ever see in your lifetime. You'll laugh, you'll cry and you will be filled with hope for the world and your fellow man. I hope this movie inspires another much needed movement in this world today!

It missed the point. Hippies were looking for anything to feel fulfilled. It was a horrible time in our country and much of that was glossed over.

An honest, beautiful and entertaining story of what was going on in the 70s. How Greg Laurie began his path to becoming a preacher and starting Harvest ministries. It shows the struggles and eventual realization of accepting there is a God who loves us and we should show that love in our lives. About time there was a movie worth seeing!! This is it!

i had greatly anticipated seeing this movie, and it didn't disappoint! In fact, I intend to go back again tomorrow with the teens from our church. They are too young to be familiar with the hippies, but the honest retelling of the crazy events of those days, and lives of young and old changed by the love of Jesus, is timeless. I used to hear Chuck Smith on the radio, as he taught through the Bible. His kind, down to earth, and caring manner and sense of humor came through his teaching. I still listen to Greg Laurie on the radio. I am so grateful they made this movie and I am also grateful for the local theatre choosing to show it!

I liked the honesty and accuracy of the true life story of the Jesus Movement in the late 1960's and the early 1970's. I became a believer in 1970 at the age of 15, a product of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit and the awakening that was taking place. This is such an excellent movie, well done in every aspect, with a lot of parallels to what is going on around the world right now.

I saw this for the second time this afternoon. Very well done and I pray it will remain up here for at least another week so I can take some friends.
