Wow, I actually feel so much more worldly after watching this moving! I did not know anything about the Macedonian struggle and what the people have gone through over the years. This movie really showed the past and present very well in a way that was meaningful. I love that the characters felt real like they could be my friends or neighbours. It was visually beautiful, and I loved the commentary at the end too! Great film!

This movie highlights the struggle by all Macedonians around the world. It's not about politics, it's about the people all of which share a common history, yet are torn apart by politicians and bureaucrats.

Love the scenes shot in Macedonia. Beautiful photography. Great to see canadian movies making into movie theaters.
