great movie.

im a girl and even though there was alot of action i still luved it, and also it is great like the first 1.

At times the movie was slow and boring...some sections of the movie was confusing and intriguing...not bad...

I`m not really into fantasy-like movies normally, but this one was interesting and had an unusual story-line to it, like the first one...it made it confusing for the viewers understand the story-line. I think the movie is too detailed and too long to be fantasy-like...even our own dreams are shorter than that.

the words masterpiece and classic do not even begin to describe this movie. Just as good as the first if not better, Gollum really shines. Action packed, and just as beautiful as the first movie. Not to be missed.

Tree-mendous, Treebeard and the Storming of Isengard was unreal. Would liked for Gandalf to have had more screen time, but quite good nonetheless. One question though, why did they do that to Faramir? He was such a noble character in the book. Look forward to Shelob`s lair.

this movie was incredable and i think that people who keep asking stupid questions about the movie should read the books. also people who complain about the movie should appreciate what peter Jackson has done with film. p.s. eagerly waiting for the last one

GREATEST MOVIE EVER!!!

Unbelievable! Amazing, it`s not a sequel it`s a continuation so how could you not love it if you loved the first one. It left me wanting more!

i couldn`t even put it into words. It made me want to live on Middle Earth!

I hope #3 wont be this bad. It was awful. Its worth seeing for the last hour, but most of it dragged on and was very boring. Great special effects tied together with terrible jokes.

Amazing,tremendous and unforgettable movie! I always liked and considered BraveHeart as my favourite movie of all time, but i do have to say that The Lord Of The Rings has caught my eye since the first one came out last year and now this one was really exhilerating. Can`t wait for the last Chapter (Return of the King)...in the meantime i will be going every now and then to see the The Two Towers at the theatres, just as i did with the first. Best movie of all times. The Lord of The Rings RULES!!!

I love this series. It is the greatest piece of literature that was ever written in my opinion. I`ve seen both the movies and love them! I`ve read the book when i was 12 and the movie does give it justice. I am extremely envious of all those that took a part of making it. I would give anything to be in the position of adding to this masterpiece. also, i saw your contest on tv about writing in two names of people in the fellowship but couldn`t find where to enter the contest. Gimli, Legolas, Aragorn, Frodo, Samwise, Pippin, Merry, Gandalf, Boromir. Thanks

just like fotr, i would not have it any other way.. absolutely brilliant. gollum, is by far, the highlight of the movie. he is both humorous, and disturbing at the same time. the way gollum was able to express himself.. just amazing. final fantasy the movie could actually learn a thing or two from the people who put gollum on the screen. this movie was, flawless in everyway. a worthy sequel to the fellowship of the ring.

This movie was incredible. Much darker than the first, even though they used Gimli as comic relief, but amazing. Gollum was done really well, and you actually feel sorry for him because he`s so believable. Definetely worth the price and the wait in line, although you need to have seen the first movie to understand it.

this movie waa amazing i think it has been the best movie i have ever seen. By far better the fellowship and that was a amazing movie as well man i hope that more scenes will be added for this dvd. All i know is mr peter jackson has done what nobody else n mind has done and that is bring a great tale like this one to the silver screen. I know some of you people that dont like the the movie and has never read the book didnt like ending. Do u not know what a trilogy is they have to leave the audience hanging. The first movie was epic and this one blows it away... great SFX and acting. Just breath taking.
