Great movie----acting, scenery, story, directing--just a marvelous love story enwrapped in the terrible sadness of a most horrible disease---Alzheimer`s---Everyone must see it, as it is like an incredible stage play, and a fresh relief from so much trash ( horror, violence, etc.) that now pervades the movie scene. GO AND ENJOY THIS MOVIE AND IGNORE ANY REVIEWERS WHO CANNOT HAVE FEELINGS FOR TRUE LOVE AND KNOW LITTLE ABOUT ALZHEIMER,S!!! ONE OF THE BEST!!!

I thought the Notebook was one of the best love stories that I have seen in a long time. Gosling and McAdams have some of the greatest on-screen chemistry that I have ever witnessed between two actors. I didn`t read the book but I thoroughly enjoyed this love story and will probably go and see it again!

Best romance in years^.^

I thought it was really good, I`m gonna buy it when it come on video. It was kinda different than usual love stories. But o man people were crying in the theatre so much.. it was makin me laugh..but it was a sad story. This movie is a tearjerker..made me tear up. Ryan Gosling was great and so was the girl. I can`t believe that Britney Spears actually tried out for her part...then that would have made the movie suck. But it was GREAT and sad. There`s a little twist thing u get right away, unless ur bad at catching things early.

The most powerful film I`ve seen in a while, utterly flawless filmmaking and storytelling. Ryan Gosling`s performance was perfect. His transformation acting wise, from young Noah to Noah 14 years later was highly convincing. James Garner was fantastic as was Gena Rowlands, but my biggest shock came from Rachel McAdams. I`ve never been impressed with her acting till this film. It completely blew me away. Anyway, no film I`ve seen in a LONG time has pierced me emotionally like thsi film did. I highly recomend it to anyone who enjoys a great story or understands `summer love`.. or a fan of any of the actors in the film. Five stars all the way, b

I rate this film 5 stars. It was awsome. In the end, I would say that about half the theater was in tears.

I think it is the best book in the world. I would read it over and over and wont ever get bord of it. I really hate reading but I would read it over and over. I am so glad you made it a movie.

OMG! i thought it was a great movie, exceptionally sad though.. cried for almost the whole movie, very emotional :$.... the movie was really touching and i would recommend to all gurls and even some guys... beautiful move nad an even better book

I think that ryan gosling did a great job i love him he was awesome in this movie and in my all time favorite movie REMEMBER THE TITIANS!!! The Note Book was a great novel and a wonderful movie i loved them both!

very heart warming

This movie is so amazing. The story is so beautiful and wonderfully acted. I am so glad I saw this movie and I totally recommend it! Read the book by Nicholas Sparks if you haven`t already!

I attended a sneak preview of this movie on Wednesday of this week. I thought it was ok. I do not think that Ryan Gosling`s acting was that good actually. I did enjoy the movie but would rate it at around 3 stars.

It`s the greatest love story ever told. It`s amazing how we never forget our one true love in life and when it`s meant to be how fate brings you back together forever.
