Synopsis
The series follows Clary Fray (Katherine McNamara) who discovers the disappearance of her mother on her 18th birthday. She also finds out that she hails from a long line of Shadowhunters who are born to protect humans from demons. In order to find her mother, she has to embark on a demon-hunting journey alongside fellow Shadowhunter Jace Wayland (Dominic Sherwood).
