This is another winner by director Danny Boyle. Based on a true story, it is simply inspiring. It is tough to watch in some places, but very rewarding if you 'tough it out'.

This movie was really good but I think I would have preferred to watch something else. Maybe it should have been a "made for TV' movie.

Hard to tackle something so recent and emotionally charged, but Franco does an amazing job!
Cleverly told tale. Hugely suspenseful even though we all know the ending. Brilliantly acted by the always charismatic James Franco. gorgeous cinematography. Finally,a simple clean premise holds it all together.
Solid. Saw it with my father last week at the advanced screening in Vancouver at Fifth Avenue. The audience enjoyed it as well. Small round of applause from some following the film. Suspenseful and really showed a good look into what it must have been like for Ralston in 2003 for the 5 + days he was trapped. Credit to Boyle, Franco, and the other cast.

It is a film of survival. I like this movie and its scenery. A man has to survive the odds.
