HARRY POTTER IS LIFE!
If you went for action, sorry to disappoint. This is the stage-setter leading to what should be an action packed (apparently 2-part) finale. This movie shouldn't disappoint however, as there's lots of coming of age (read teenage drama for comedic relief) but the 2.5hrs flew by. It was anti-climatic knowing how it ends, but now I can't wait for the last movie(s).
This is really BORING MOVIE. This is not enough to play action.

great and loved it some parts are missing from the book but it was a pretty good movie.
Comparing it to the compare is fair, and yet not necessary, each film gets better and better, and each actor keeps pushing themselves further and further, I only have 2 complaints, NOT ENOUGH SNAPE, and I never wanted it to end . . . In 2 years I will FINALLY be able to have my 16-18 hour DVD Marathon of them all and I can't wait!

Besides a few plot derivatons from the book and a lack of a few of the memories from the pensive i thought it was well put together.

If you only know Harry Potter by the movies you will probably like this one too but it does not follow the book well and misses out on so much of the plot. What was the purpose of Fenrir Greyback in the movie? He was insignificant compared to the role in the novel. Disappointing.
Horrible movie ts so random and basically it's a series of Clips put together that don't go together if you haven't read the books you won't know what's going on and if you have read the books you'll be wtf is going on

an amazing triumph for the potter films.
This was my favourite movie so far. There was a lot missing from the book but it was a pretty long book. This one people were actually laughing out loud to things that were going on. I really liked it!!

Empty-headed sequel makes no effort at continuity with the previous films in the series. In short, this is sound and fury signifying NOTHING. Time to retire, Harry -- you're sooo not the "chosen one."
Unfortunately the naysayers couldn't be more right about this one. Warner Bros. have some nerve expecting people to pay for this mess. I score it a very generous D- .
What a terrible turd this turned out to be! And what's with all the raging hormones on display -- THAT wasn't in the book!
Two-and-a-half hours is wayyy too long for a kiddie flick, especially one as dull as this.
