Random Acts of Violence

Is it just me, or are b-movies now using b-grade make-up that makes everyone yellow.. and just on the face. Like, at least make them the same weird color everywhere. Is it the make-up or bad-lighting? Doesn't matter. It's fugly. Oh, and the movie sucks - all around.
