It is rude like Eddie Murphy's RAW. The cast all did a great job and the comedians voices and humorwent well with the cute dogs. Fresh off the boat fans will like it. Great soundtrack including Snoop Dogg.

Worst one i ever seen.

the story was the shits and the language was unbelievable, can understand how that movie got into the theaters.

This movie just accentuates and is a disgusting and offensive movie, with vulgar language and vulgar comedy thrown in unnecessarily, I really hated !! this movie !! i wanted to walk out after 15 minutes !!! it was a total waste of my time, i should have left, thought it would be cute, just a vehicle to throw in cruelty, obsenity, really is the worst!!! movie ive seen in my life !!! Like i said i was just wanted to get up and leave, but thought maybe it would get better IT DOESNT DONT waste your money or time !!1

I actually laughed out loud. This was a movie that lets you escape the serious crazy world we live in and just laugh. Spot on writing and definitely an R movie for a reason. DEFINITELY NOT FOR CHILDREN ! This is adult humor only. Fantastic and funny all the way through.

This movie was very funny, if you have a best friend go watch it with them. However this film is not for kids it has a lot of profanity and inappropriate scenes. Overall it was a great movie.

Disgusting movie, never walked out of a movie, but I did this one. Filthy language and filthy scenes. I lasted about 15 minutes and left.

Too much foul language it's disgusting

Even though the movie about the dogs and it’s comedy. At first we think would be a family type movies. But it turned out such a one of a terrible movies I have seen. Every sentence spoken were swearing. I took my children to watch such a dirty language.

This movie is hilarious! Sometimes a little over the top but we still laughed. NOT for kids....lots of profanity. Not for the easily offended. The Boston Terrier personality was spot on.

This movie was absolutely vile! It was full of constant vulgarity, animal abuse, sexual talk and activity, drug use, "back alley" gang style behavior. It is NOT a movie that any child should ever see! Movie making at its absolute worst!

Very upset it's very vulgar more like rated x its has nothing good about it all cursive talking not for kids or teenagers was very upset they need to get rid of the show it's awful 😢 there was no comedy about it I brought my mom and brother and sister to see this I was very ashamed of it very imbarrissed never again

I didn't think it would be that bad, with the language, but it really did take away from some humorous scenes. I hope kids didn't accidentally go see it. The trailer was pretty telling. Friendship and loyalty were good themes, but I felt icky after watching this.

The script was awful, most of this was cgi in front of a backdrop so to refer to it as a film is a bit iffy. Throw in the over use of tired jokes so that it became a boring loop of bad taste. Very disappointing.

If the stars of this movie were people with extreme potty mouths, I wouldn’t go to see it. But these dog stars learned their bad language from bad people….and it’s laugh out loud funny when these sweat looking dogs do it so we’ll. And do not bring kids to see it. It’s clearly rated R. They lost their chance to make some money on this film, because if they had kept it clean it could have appealed to the masses. I am SO SICK of the filthy language I hear these days spread to the younger generations. The film curses and has sexual innuendos through its entirety. I cringe to think that idiotic parents will take their younger children along to this movie. How did we get to this point in our beautiful language?

How many ways can you say awful. I took my grandson and we left well before the end of the movie. A waste of money. There was a family with young children sitting behind us and they were right into it swearing and whatever else. They should never had been let into the theatre. This movie should have been R18.

I was expecting to see a move on the line of "A DOGS PURPOSE" but what a disappointment. The previews did not show the rating of this movie which should have been XXXXX RATED . THE COMPLETE MOVIE WAS STUPID.. NO PLOT

If your into a lot of "F" bombs and visuals of dogs with erections. Then I guess this movie is for you,,,,

Too much cussing

Ferrel's career must be in the dumpster. That is the only explanation for his participation in this film. The special effects provide the best talking dog illusion ever. The dialogue makes this movie impossible to sit through. The situations are unimaginative and predictable. The voice performances are some of the worst I've ever heard. Some of my friends are giving 5 star reviews out of anger, trying to suck other trusting people to waste their time and money on this loser. The actual rating is 1 star, only because there is no 0 or1/2 star to choose. There are no laughs in this movie except for the Dennis Quaid cameo where his bird watcher diary has every species listed as "bird."

This had the potential to be a good movie. It had good special effects using dogs who appear to be speaking. It is all wasted. There are funny situations which get no laughs because they are obscured by the trashy dialogue. Obscene talk is part of life and is appropriate in situations where a sudden event or injury evokes an expletive, but the totally gratuitous use of such garbage dialogue is not something we are willing to pay to see or hear. It is bad enough that there are people who speak this way. I am not willing to sit through it. This movie is a disservice to dogs and should embarrass the talent that stooped to participating in this debacle. Do not take children to this movie.

This movie about pets but become irritable to my ears because of the profanity languages , hip hop songs being played. USA is losing the standard of living, education systems, talents, innovative, skill workforce ,greatness, accountability as a human beings , etc.
