This year's Best Picture winner at the Academy Awards was made in South Korea with a Korean cast, but did you notice the Canadian woman who made a cameo in the first few minutes of Parasite?

In the opening three minutes of Parasite, the Kim family gets a job folding pizza boxes. Their son, Ki-Woo, searches online and finds a YouTube video of an Ottawa woman, Breanna Gray, folding pizza boxes with lightening speed. He tells his family, "Wow! Check this out, guys. If we can go as fast as her, we can finish today. Then we can get paid.”

The video, titled “Pro Pizzaboxer – Super fast pizza box making,” was posted by Breanna, then 19, on her self-named YouTube channel in 2015. It has over 1.5 million views and was spotted by the Parasite producers, who contacted her in 2019 to ask permission to use a clip from it in their film.

Breanna told Vice.com that she was even paid for the usage, saying, "I was compensated. I named my price, and it took them a couple months to get back to me."

You can see the video below, and watch the first 10 minutes of Parasite above -- the video appears at approximately the 2:15 minute mark.
