The Shape of WaterWhile the holidays are in full swing, you'd never know it with the selection of films hitting theaters this weekend. Take in a twist on the sci-fi film with Guillermo del Toro's The Shape of Water, or reminisce about Halloween with horror flick Pyewacket. Drama is also on tap with Woody Allen's new film Wonder Wheel.

The Shape of Water - A mute cleaner (Sally Hawkins) working in a government laboratory develops an unlikely relationship with an amphibious creature that was taken from the Amazon for experimentation. Wonder Wheel - A young girl (Juno Temple) is taken in by her father, Humpty (James Belushi), a carousel operator, and his wife, Ginny (Kate Winslet), after she reveals she has information about a series of mob murders. Pyewacket - After the death of her father, a girl who discovers a book of black magic uses it to summon an evil witch that she commands to kill her unstable mother.     Another piece of crap from the overrated Del Toro? No thanks - I'll check it out when is downloadable. And WTF - did they just re-make Pumpkinhead and changed the name to "Pyewacket"?
