i don't know why it's getting such bad reviews, i found it incredibly entertaining & a great plot. every1 should see it

i thought this movie was action in a bottle! unexpected joy. i loved the non stop action... big name stars...and a nice twist on the battleship game scenario. i still have my battleship game boards from when i was a wee kid....in the 70's!! it was fun seeing how the producers conceived the hit and miss gameplay and found myself turning and smiling at my movie partner each time i had a nostalgic flashback. true fun! i would have liked a little more alien exposure though... i appreciated the immensity of their space ships, but i would have liked a bit more emphasis placed on the actual alien figures themselves. overall, i totally loved the movie and it was sooo worth the wait!

i absolutely loved this movie! i am a woman and watch alot of action movies and have to say that this was one of the best i've seen in a long time...the avengers was great too but, i honestly enjoyed this one more- more laughs, edge of your seat excitement through the entire movie- never a dull moment- go see this movie :)

wow this was awesome... way better than i expected...and yet can't believe how empty the theatre was.. story was good, fx were great aliens were cool... i had a lot of fun and enjoyed myself for 2 hours...was never bored.. i knew there was going to be a little cheese. but what do you expect from a movie based on a board game from the 80's... totally worth it glad i went... another movie that was actually pretty good but no one seems to want to see it.. john carter was the same awesome movie...
