One of the most beautifully dark and intense experiences I have ever witnessed.
very unique movie
Black Swan is one of those rare films where you are mesmerized from the opening scene to the last frame. I truly had no idea what was going to happen next. Natalie's performance was, in a word, perfection. She fully embodied the character, not only physically, but pyschologically and her slow descent into delusion was utterly convincing. I will never look at a ballet the same way again.

This movie was one that kept you guessing and on the edge of your seat. A real close brush with madness.
The dancing parts were wonderful but the movie itself was very upsetting and uncomfortable. While I 'get' it, I do not see why it is so popular nor why people would subject themselves to such twisted characters. The real world can be rough, movies should be for relaxation I think.

This movie was great and good performances were given by everyone. It starts to get a little creepy and unintentionally funny toward the end but it ends well enough to redeem the silliness.
