Nice comedy, love the military part too

I loved that the dog, helped the PTSD soldier get back on solid ground! One of those movies that makes you realize that you never know what someone or animal is going through. I like leaving with a good feeling after an emotional rollercoaster!

Great Movie...Shows the true heroism and conflict of not only our fighting soldiers but their dogs too. A compassionate film ...beautifully written and filmed. Loved the expression of the journey of two lost souls. I seen it twice...and the second time around..it was even better... Linda

I love the fact that there is a dog in the movie. A kind of tribute to military. Very heartwarming. My new favorite movie ever.

This is a delightful portrayal of the reality of how PTSD exists in both humans and animals. Most poignantly how these two healed each other through love and acceptance.

Funny moments and very serious and adult moments as well as sexual displays not for kids. This movie does drag in the middle but cleans things up at the end with a nice ending. Like the acting in the movie. The dog human relationship works well here

FINALLY a great animal movie where the dog doesn't die!!!! Very few of them!! I love this! The whole time through the trailer I was debating if I wanted to go see it. I NEEDED to know if the something happens to the dog before I could see it. ahhh

Good story funny parts had its moments wish it was a little longer

I liked the portrayals by Canning Tatum and Lulu of PTSD in both man and dog. Our vets deserve more help re-entering society. This movie didn’t have much sex or violence. It did have some laughs, but wouldn’t label it a comedy. Maybe could have had a little better writing, but overall I still love it.

It was better than CUJO, simply because it didn't have an annoying kid crying through the whole movie like CUJO did.

I absolutely love Chantum Tatum, so I can’t say anything negative about this movie. The awareness of PTSD is so debilitating. Lou Lou (Dog) was awesome! Dogs are amazing! Dog just needed some time to warm up to Chantum. All in all, a fantastic movie.

Didn't show realistic dog care essentials...My biggest fear is that potential dog owners will want this super intelligent & high energy breed,& not be able to commit to its mental & physical needs for action. Acting was very good portraying the unseen traumas of war for man & dog. Enough laughs to balance all.

It had some real life scenes and some very sad ones. It is not a comedy and young children wouldn’t understand it and it does have some adult language. Tear jerky. 💧😭

Good movie but no where near a comedy. While there are some chuckle worthy scenes it is an emotional ride of healing for both the dog and the veteran. Worth seeing for sure but don't expect to be crying with laughter...but tears will fall.

Very entertaining, ChanningTatum is a very good actor and so watchable. Lulu was a fine dog and portrayed her part of the story so well.

Dog lovers will appreciate and admire the role military dogs play. Outstanding loyalty, fidelity, obedience 'till the end. It's same with civilian pets. Negative point: Pets and children SHOULD NEVER be left in a vehicle alone with closed windows. Transitions from one scene/episode/situation in the movie were omitted. Movie never shows when dog is fed, given water or even walked. Only robots can b treated that way. Overall, movie is good and entertaining. 🌟🌟🌟

I thought it was really well done- expected something very different - there was a pretty strong storyline regarding PTSD in the man as well as the dog. I appreciated seeing what seemed to be what these people go through on returning from war as well as the dog. I liked that it wasn't just a dog story.

GOOD ENJOYABLE MOVIE- ALL THE WAY AROUND!!

Loved the idea of the plot but this film went nowhere. The situations never seemed to get developed. Didn't care for the pace of the editing. Scenes were shallow and uninteresting. I waited through the entire movie for it to start. It just didn't hold my interest. Good cast, some cute moments, but there was a predictable flow to the film. Needed better writing.

Cute, funny, thought-provoking, human. All wrapped up in one.

Had more drama to me. True to Life My husband said “It’s wasn’t cheesy”. We liked it, and I like when the characters stay true !
