loved it and the music.

The music and the dancing was amazing!!! I left the theater feeling great.

It was an OK movie wherein the scenes were made to please the present generation. What's really nice about this movie though is the carefully choreographed dance steps which make people want to try them.

I thougt it was a really good movie, if you loved the original you will love the new one, even for all you people who hate remakes this movie was still remade but into a AWESOME movie, its a movie for alll ages!! :) hope you enjoy!

It was just as good as the original. Julianne Hough is an awesome dancer.

I really enjoyed the music and dancing in this movie. I liked it more than I thought I would but not as much as the original version.

A fun remake to the original, with some scenes that will get your feet tapping.

This was a dynamic remake of an old classic! The director did a great job modernizing this movie with music of the times to create a new generation of followers. A must see and a true pleasure to have been able to see both old and new in theatres!

Went in thinking it can't be as good as the original. Left pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed it. I also like Blake Shelton's remake of the title song!!

MY daughter and I went to see the new remake movie "FOOTLOOSE" and I we both were impressed by the acting, the dancing and the tunes but for me I still loved the original 1984 version with Kevin Bacon and cast and now see some of them so grown up. I liked the tunes of the new version but still cant beat the tunes from 1984 but would recommend people go see the new version. Brought back some memories from the past:))

Dancing part of the moveie was fun but there are some pretty intense moments!!! Overall good movie!! Love Julianne in it!!!!

Very well done, keeping the feel of the original but bringing it up to date with some modern music and modern dancing. Mixing in with the modern music and dancing are classic 80's songs that make the movie what it is. A good watch.

This movie should not have been remade.

This movie was really great and the actors in the film where really good the did a great job dancing the main characters as the girl and the boy. This music is so entertaining it just gets you up from your seat and makes you too want too move and start dancing. The music is just great and love all these cathcy dance songs. It would be nice if they made a musical play of footloose but who can I suggest this two though I think live theatre is just great especially with the music and the talented people they can get to do this show.

Great remake of the movie! I liked the actors better in this one than the original. It was a real feel good show. Recommend it highly.

Great remake of the classic Footloose! Amazing and talented cast but on the opposite side it lacked an original tough. Overall a good heart warming get off your seat dance movie :)

Loved the 1984 original...instantly loved the remake. Who says Hollywood can't do things right?

Movie was a great remake and had all the qualities you would expect to see in the original.

Decent remake as far as remakes go. Was a little "corny" but then again so was the original.

One of best remakes I've seen in quite awhile. I've seen it three times already, my two teenage sons even thought it awesome. It's definitely a must see for both generations.

I think this movie was pretty good compared to the original it was more entertaining to me.

I'm a huuuuge fan of Julianne Hough so of course I loved it. She is beautiful and an amazing dancer.

This remake of an 80's classic does not live up to the hype : the movie is a mindless show for the young adult.

Footloose v2.0 Well it was very true to the original, almost too much so. Although they updated the style of dancing, many of the scenes (especially the last one) seemed frame for frame to the original. Although this was kind of cool, all I could do was reminisce about Kevin Bacon. The casting was well done, considering both of the featured actors can actually dance, which is plus. However, there could have been a few more transitional scenes where we see Julianne change her ways. It just seemed so sudden that she was no longer trampy and had values. Overall I did enjoy the movie, and I probably just was holding on to the 1984 version a little to much!

Can not beat the original.
