Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2

Excellent..not a dull moment. A great movie to tie up all ends!I will miss my Harry!

Although highly anticipated, I very sadly have to admit that this particular movie did not give me the same chills that Part 1 did. Maybe I will change my mind once I see both parts back-to-back! :)

While they could have added a further 2 hours to really flesh out the backstory, the film itself was a terrific end to the series.

Going into this last installment of the Harry Potter franchise, I had high hopes. I can honetsly say that I was not let down by any means. The action was steady from start to finish and the movie picks up right where the 1st part finished. So point of advice see part 1 before seeing part 2 and trying to figure out the entire story. I was captivated by how well the script flowed, and didn't mind the diversion from the book, which I've read twice. It helped the movie flow and gave me a different perspective with regards to the first 7 films. All in all, definitely a movie worth seeing in the theatres, and in 2D is perfectly acceptable as oppossed to watching it in 3D.

Brilliant adaptation. Good will triumph over evil. It was wonderful to see Harry grounded and not seeking power. The effects were excellent and kept you on the edge of your seat. This was a great ending to an epic story.

All the Harry Potter movies are excellent to see more then once.

What a great way to end such a successful series!

I attended the midnight showing with friends, and arrived to our theatre a solid 5 hours prior to our showtime of 12:01 am. Wouldn’t you know it, there were already line-ups of people up and down the hallways of the theatre, young people decked out in Hogwart’s robes, still others dressed as distinct characters (Dumbledore, Umbridge, Snape and Bellatrix), and the always hated ‘seat savers’ guarding prime movie-watching seats for friends. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 was perfect. It had everything: action, adventure, humour, tension, sadness, and joy. Fans got to see the long-awaited Hermione-Ron kiss, the horror of losing one half of the Weasley-twin-duo, the untold secret

An awesome way to end an epic franchise. It was even better than I imagined and those young actors should be very proud of themselves. It's always great to see young, motivated actors grow up and remain motivated.

Great ending to an amazing series.

WELL DONE! It's not easy to condense J.K. Rowling's books into a short 2 hour movie, but once again, it's been accomplished....and with great success. There was no better way to say goodbye to the chronicles of the young wizard, who has grown up along with all of us. Darker, tenser and with answers to all the dizzying directions that the plot twists and personality developments have taken us through, the Harry Potter series goes out with all the wonder and magic that it began with. "It all ends" VERY WELL, indeed!

I believe this is the best movie out of all of them... :)

The movie was great but WHY does everyone keep talking about this being "THE END". Did you not see the movie? In future episodes Harry's kids will get themselves into a tight spot and Harry will be there to help. This was by no means THE END.

Great way to bring the series to an end, lots of excitement and action, great emotion, tied up all the loose ends in a neat little bundle and gave us a glimpse into the future - fabulous !!!

The changes from the book, weren't great, but the book ending which was terrible, they kept. Someone needs to explain their thinking to me. If your a Harry Potter fan, this is a must see.

Harry Potter is definitely one of the best movies ever.

The movie was all I expected and more. I cried through the whole thing because it was the end of an era. I grew up watching Harry grow up and I have nothing else to look forward to now. Harry Potter is a part of our hearts and every scene in this movie drageed you closer to the action. Truly BRilliant! With a quite of bit of snogging.

awesome conclusion!

The directors and makers of this last film outdid themselves in every way. The acting was the best I’ve seen from the series and the visual effects were next to none. It’s a dramatic, action-packed, fantasy adventure with a hint of comedy all rolled into one. The plot is very powerful, and you will find yourself gripping to it on every emotional level. By the end it will leave you emotionally-stricken; sad to see it go, but happy with the way it played out.

Perfect finish to an amazing series..we will miss you Hogwarts!

First hour was a little slow but the last hour made up for it. Very good.

Excellent movie. Saw it with my daughter and we had a great experience!
