Wow. Simply Wow. Christopher Nolan is a great director and writer. Bale is still a decent Batman. Aaron Eckhart's role got way better as the movie went on, I was impressed. But most of all, I was glad that all this talk about Heath Ledger's performance was not a Hollywood hype sick tasteless propaganda issue. I have to say, his performance lived up to ALL the hype. Heath's estate deserves an Oscar, at the very least an honourary one. I wasn't happy with Maggie Gyllenhal in her role. But I liked that everyone seemed like they had equal screen time, from Freeman to Oldman and Cane and they were all equally good and pivital. I'm only going to see this movie 20 more times. Oh, great magic trick

Just an incredible film. This is what a superhero movie should be. Loved the characters and the performance really will just blow you away. A movie you honestly have to go and see.

This was the best movie I have seen in a VERY long time . All the characters where amazing but I have to say Heath Legder did an awesome job as the joker . It's going to be hard and almost impossible to replace him in the next batman .

this has ultimately got to be the best batman movie yet. the directors image for his villians are flawless and the plot, special effects, drama, and pretty much everything about this film was phenominal. heaths portrail and commitment to the joker is far beyond oscar worthy. its a shame he wasnt here today to observe his masterpiece he created. congrats to the director for this over the top, amazing film!

The holy grail of the comic book movie. This movie is on its class of its own that comparing it to any other movie of this genre would be really unfair to the others. Truly a work of art that will inspire future film makers.

It is impossible to write a review that does this movie justice. 5-Stars because it's the highest that this scale goes.

Heath Ledger is a God amongst men with his portrayal of Joker in this movie. Just phenomenal acting.

Finally a adult super hero movie. No campy, cartoonish villians. No simple story lines. No happy endings. This is possibly the best super hero movie ever made. If you are looking for something dark, action packed and unpredictable then this is your movie.

Well, I went into the theater expecting another typical super hero movie, with long, boring fight scenes and such. THe only reason I came was to see a psychotic Heath Ledger with make-up. And, God. I came out just wowed. Sure, some parts were a little too boring for my immature teenage brain. But, all the parts with the Joker in it just made me smile. It was /really/ good. Should be checked out by everyone, even if just for schizophrenic Heathy.

GOOD GOOOD GOOD GOOD GOOD GOOD movie. i have never seen the first one. but i plan on watching it now. it got me so into the story of batman i cant get out. loved heath ledger, he is extraordinary in disguising himself as the evil Joker.

Best movie I have seen in the longest time! IMAX experience was so worth it. Bought our tickets 2 - 3 weeks ago in the first pre-sales and was not disappointed. Regardless of his death, Heath Ledger should get a nomination and the academy award for Actor. Truly a disturbing performance and would still been even if he were alive today. Don't go in listening to the hype...just go to experience the movie. Will definitely go see it again ESPECIALLY in IMAX!
