10 stars out of five. the quality of this movie exceeded the star rating meter's gauge. in all aspects in the art of movie making, the DARK KNIGHT is brilliant. in my opinion as a movie buff, the DARK KNIGHT on my list of top 5 movies of all time.

just got out of the movie and i want to buy tickets to see it again. you'll be sucked in so deep in the dark knight that you'll never want to leave it.

definitely, without a doudt the best movie of the year, now one of my favourites. couldn't even recognize Heath, amazing performance. How he went from the kid in "a Knights Tale" to that i don't know. Amazing flick, catch it....now

One of the best movies of all time

Seeing the opening shot of this film in IMAX to Heath Ledger's wickedly complex performance to the action sequences and the choices that each character makes, this is the best film of the summer by far! A must-see!

Best of all the Batman movies. Heath is a legend - someone has big shoes to fill when they bring back this character in future films. Real acting and no fluff. Pure genius on film. The storyline was excellent and never let up. Great, Great, Great!

Heath Ledger without a doubt puts on the greatest character portrayal I've ever seen! An absolute shame to have lost such a phenomenal actor. Best movie I have seen in a very long time. This ones for you, Joker. R.I.P.

excellent movie. definitely worth the wait. there were literally no boring scenes even when the movie is 2.5 hrs long. personally i think this movie has topped all the previous batman movies.

Did not thing that Jack could be replaced as the smiling supervillain of batman, but he was and I could not have asked for more. Trying to replace a super actors role with a young star is always risky but the creators obviously did their homework. well done batman, well done MUST SEE if u miss it ur not cool

This movie put Batman and DC comics back on the map. Excellent movie. Wasn't really into Heath Ledger until now. Amazing performance.

Excellent on every level, this is not just a great superhero movie but a great movie, The Batman franchise has definitely departed from the ridiculous mess it was in the first 4 films, it is a serious crime drama film that still has some light moments, but overall just defining this a superhero movie underscores it's worth. Believe the hype you will not be disappointed, even if you hate superhero movies!

Words could not describe this movie. It left me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. Heath Ledger you will be missed but I tip my hat for the amazing performance you have left for us to watch. Truly worth a Oscar node. Rest in peace Heath....

could have been better

Just got back home from seeing this marvellous movie. Waited 3 hrs in line to see the 12:15am show and IT WAS WORTH IT. The Joker was absolutley amazing Heath did an excellent job. Overall great movie. 5 STARS!!
