It needed something, perhaps a story.
This is what an adventure through mushroom kingdom looks like. Don't listen to the haters. They are paid to hate anything good.
You would think it would be almost impossible to botch a remake of SUPER MARIO BROS., yet that's just what they've done.

If you suffer from attention deficit disorder this is not the movie for you; after about ten minutes I couldn't take it any longer and got up and left.
The original is my all-time favourite movie, so this was a real disappointment. I probably won't even bother adding this to my blu-ray collection.
