It was the scariest movie that I have ever seen, becuase it was based on a true story.

OMG! i barely slept and i didnt even see it in theatres! i felt so sad cuz it was true. what he did to andy or w,e when he hung him on the hook and put salt on his leg. i nearly got sick. that was soooo sad. VERY good scary movie, the best slasher/horror movie i`ve seen so far.defintly worth it.

It was really good, makes me want to know more about the murders

Really, I am going to solve that mystery, it`s really sad to how those people died. I wonder if the police are trying to solve the most horrific crime of all I know I would be till I die. Other than that the movie was great and scary i tmade me jump every time that ugly Leatherman came out on the screen, you should go see it, especially in the theaters it will make you scream.(literally)

I think it was a real good movie and I think it was better than the first on to me.

It was the first horror movie to actually make me jump and grab on to something to scream in. Also the fact that it was based on a true story is completely shocking that these people had to go through this and the family of that monster encouraged him to murder people and obtain their flesh

Scariest film of all time!!!

I knew nothing about the film when I went to see it. I didn`t expect it to be so horrific!! I almost walked out a few times... On the other hand if it really is based on a true story then I think it`s sad that it has become people`s entertainment... And how can some people say that they loved it? For Christ`s sake think of those who went through it... Just think it could be you and in 30 years time people would be laughing over it in cinemas... SAD.

Being a big fan of the original, i really had my doubts but this new version is an edge of your seat horror!Could`ve used a bit more gore but overall a pleasant surprise and worth watching for a true horror fan.
