a thriller and must see

REALLY GOOD. A MUST SEE.

This movie was full of suspense and had multiple twists. It was very entertaining. I could not predict the ending! A must see for movie goers who enjoy thriller suspense flicks!

Movie has it's good and bad moments. Previous reviews say wait for DVD - I agree.

Complete waste of time & $17.00.

Had potential in the beginning but the story became too far fetched. It was about 30 min too long, couldn't wait to leave the theatre.

Roughly 2.5 hours of twists, with no closure.

Great movie kept you thinking which direction it was going to go, very entertaining. In the end it went nowhere which was lame after investing time in the movie, what a shame as there were so many ways it could have ended, unless it is simply leaving room for a gone girl 2!

Love the psychological thriller genre. Thought the acting was excellent although film felt long. Happy with the ending although it was a little quirky. Would prefer a R rating tho -a couple of young girls were watching - parents likely thought 14A rating would be ok - def NOT in my opinion

Well I have seen some shoddy endings before, but this one takes the cake. It's a shame as it ruined what otherwise was a terrific film. Good story, great performances and direction. What a waste!

Very slow moving and needed much more editing, directing was not tight...acting was fair, N.P. Harris was not necessary, part could have been played by anyone...Pike was good, Afleck was nothing special...over all a major disappointment...audience was mumbling about the length and slowness on the way out.

I like twists. I liked the murder mystery then psychological thriller. Affleck can't do any wrong lately. Rosamond was surprisingly awesome, Oscar worthy.

Few words to describe this movie. Slow, boring, psycho bunny movie, desensitizing us to evil, Evil is the new normal, A story that should never be sold as entertainment, if you want to imprint on your mind images of gore then go see this movie if not then don’t, we need more movies like the Princes Bride and less like this one, I knew who done it before I even saw the movie so what’s left but pure gore, evil and mayhem. Gone Girl was way too long. They need to make it much shorter. It took too long to tell the story. Couldn't wait until it was over. Go see something else worth while and just get this movie from the library, it's not worth the money.

Not having read the book, I wasn't sure what to expect. Well I was pleased. Ben give a brooding performance, but oh the twist & turns were great... a solid 4!!

This was a big disappointment. The movie drags too long, and the story is not believable. Save your money and watch something else.

Such a great movie, does the book great justice. Highly recommended to anyone who enjoys a good suspenseful drama with twists and turns.

He's so gonna suck as Batman. Why no Scott Adkins still astonishes me. However this is the stuff Ben's good in. To bad it blows chunks. Not a theater movie wait for DVD. Still a watch but not for 12$

A murder, mystery thriller all tied up in one which was riveting to watch. The acting was excellent, Ben Affleck was great, as usual. But it was Rosamund Pike who was so believable. Ending was a bit different.
