New world order propaganda crap, evil and totally worthless. If I could give it a -1 I would. This movie is only for unenlightened people who can't see it for what it is, certainly not worth my time.

Three stars as I'm confused as to whether I liked it or found it a bit boring. Great acting by Mr. Pheonix and a good reflection on society today but in a 1970s setting. A good message and maybe that's what I was supposed to get. I'm one of those people who don't find this as a disturbing movie so make your own decisions in that regard.

I thought this flick was awesome! Very dark and creepy , it was like having a peephole into a mind going insane . Some will love it , some will hate it........ I loved it !

Terrible Its named right-- Joker- the Jokes on us for actually paying for tickets to get tortured. I left after a half an hour.

Very disturbing movie . And it showed why the joker is like that .Joakim looked like a skeleton it probably took a toll on his body hope it didnt take a toll on his mind and end up like heath ledger

I am a retired psychologist. I almost went to get a tranquilizer. Very scary. I concur with the recommendation that children under the age of 18 not be allowed to watch it.

Better then dark knight uh yeah no. This was terrible. This will not get best movie of the year. This may get trash of the year because Hobbs and Shaw is way better then this. I wasn’t expecting action out of this. Not sure what to expect but this is not going to meet your expectations

The movie was all right. Extremely slow and definitely a bit boring most of the time. If you have high hopes for this movie then I would take your expectations and lower them pretty far. Go in not expecting a great movie and then you might like it or not like I did. My expectations were not very high and it did not deliver

Good acting but a very dark movie. There are no people in the movie. The movie was so slow, I had trouble staying awake. I thought the Joker was more interesting in Batman movies.

All around great movie. Not comic book movie, but as a movie- It stands on it's own.

Another Oscar win for a Joker? We’ll see! This movie will affect you if you’ve ever been bullied, ridiculed, talked down to, or just ignored. I’m sure it will incite some to do unspeakable acts down under. (U.S.) - although the Joker is pathetic there is a sense of empathy for him. Beware. I was affected.

Don't believe all the negativity on here. This was a great film.

What a stupid movie

A very dark, creepy and somewhat realistic depiction of someone pushed over the edge. Joaquin Phoenix was well cast and portrayed an almost sympathetic character. Probably one of the darkest DC based films yet. Lot of death and harsh language. Definitely not for 10 y/o! The lighting, setting and costume was well done. A bit of a mix of retro and modern.

I found joker a very dark and depressing movie! Even the garbage ,rat infested and crime filled city was well chosen. I’ve always admired Joaquin Phoenix as an actor and he didn’t disappoint, he gave an incredible performance!!! Not a happy movie and yet extremely well done!

Very well done and seemed real for a person that has gone insane. The movie actually lived up to the hype and there was police and security at the movie. I just hope that we do not get some real nuts trying to imitate this movie. Do leave anyone under 17 at home!

This was the best movie i seen yet. I give it 5 stars. I can't stop talking about this movie. Great performance! The Joker did it again!! Going back to see it this Tuesday. My family loved it!!

Brilliant in all respects!! A GENIUS performance by Joaquin Phoenix and much more! My high expectations were exceeded. Can't see Phoenix getting beat for Best Actor, and there's a definite shot at Best Picture of the Year. GuruBob says 99/100.

It was ok. It would have been great if a major personality well known played the role of somebody spiraling down into madness and coming out as the Joker with hints of the old personality. Perhaps Nancy Pelosi or Maxine Waters, Donald Trump or Jerome Powell or Bernie Sanders or Steven Mnuchin could have done this role spiraling down down down... unfortunately we don't get what could have been the hit of the year. Personally, I enjoyed the film but I give it three stars because it won't appeal to many and it missed it chance of greatness by not featuring the crack up of a well know personality.

Amazing movie!

Now this film is the reason why we go to the movies ladies and gentlemen..... a brilliant character study of a mans downhill spiral into madness. Joaquin Phoenix gives a performance of a lifetime as the clown prince of darkness. JOKER is not a perfect movie and almost unsettling at times to watch but holds itself together to triumph as one of the best pictures of the year..... you'll leave the cinema talking about this film for a long time.

Who wants to see a movie about a clown taking out his frustrations out on society. Don't waist your money
