Nefarious

I almost skipped this gem after watching the trailer because it looked like a horror movie and it was rated R. We were absolutely pleasantly surprised. We are huge CS Lewis fans, especially Screwtape Letters, so we had to see this. The devil is very much alive and having a heyday with us - that is the horror and the reality. Everyone should see this - it's very eye opening. We are going to see it again this weekend.

Thought provoking,silence of the lambs vibe without the gore. Psychological thriller with depth. A must watch.

poor editing boring

I was excited for this movie and saw it in a preview screening. Came out kind of disappointed. Knew it was a low budget film, so the bad production values didn't bother me and it's really not the kind of movie that needs them. Story was okay, but seemed recycled from a bunch of horror films. Actors did a great job with what they had, but it wasn't much. Ending was predictable. Had really high hopes for this one, but I wouldn't pay to see it in theater.

What just happened? Saw this movie and need to go back. Wow.... So much happening in this one.

Get ready to be confronted and think carefully about where you stand. Very deep and powerful movie.
