Every man wants his wife or girlfriend to see him as a hero. Peter Parker struggles with being modest and being selfish. Somehow it works out in the end. Good motion picture.

Good movie, though the ending could have been less cheezy (or less Hollywood)... The ending wasn`t perfected, and the acting was horrible.... seems like they rushed through those few seens while filming it.... But overall a great movie....

too much drama, not enough action. the action was well done, and i dont like where the story is going. there are so many other villains to use other than re-doing the green goblin with harry osbourne. bring on venom.

GREAT movie, hated the 1st one, but this one ROCKS!!! it is a movie you`ll want to see over and over again. i dont like action movies w/ comic characters but this one is REALLY good.

Spider-Man 2 is an inspiration for every teen, talking and dealing common life problems. This movie give people a good feeling in life. The best movie of the summer and surely to win many awards.

I thot that spiderman 2 was way better than the first one!!i hope theres gonna be a spiderman 3 cuz the 2nd one leaves u hangin when harry knows that peter is spiderman and he has a good chance of finishing him off!!

This movie was ok. Good action parts, but I think there was way too much talking and not enough action, and the acting was terrible. I do agree this one is better than the first one but to me the both sucked. I`ll give it 3 stars only because of the bad acting and all of the talking.

To say the least I wet myself. This movie is better than Back to the Future, Indiana Jones, Kill Bill, The Matrix, and The Godfather combined! Oh yes Tobey is so hot, when do Dunst and Maguire do it? Also that Dr. Octopussy guy was hot too! Go see this movie or you`re freaking moron!

it was a really awesome movie, toby maguire did a good job playing spider man for the 2nd time. Alfred Molina made an exellent tenticaled vilian. This is one super hero that you don`t want to miss! I can`t wait for spider man 3

Fantastic movie ... a must see super hero film. It has action, character development, humour and special effects that are out of this world. Best super hero movie ever made! 5 stars.

If I didn`t have my kids with me I would have left 30 min in. Tobey is terrible and my god the shrieking from Kirsten drives me insane. I would rather watch paint dry on a wall than see this waste of film again.

This is one of the best movies I`ve seen in my life! It has action drama and a love story to boot. The movie true to the comic books and that make it amzaing. I really want to give this movie 25 stars because it`s five times better then the first movie. I`ll watched this movie twice already and I`m going to see it a lot more. Can`t wait until to own spiderman 2 on dvd and for spiderman 3 in 2007. This movie is mindblowing!!!!!!

A good movie that stands alone against others because it is character driven instead of effect driven. We care about the characters as a result of the focus on the characters and their interpersonal relationships. We can identify their problems because they are real problems, universal problems. And the actors performances made us buy in. Spiderman 2 was amazing. I`m going to get my spidy costume. Wait right here.

It surpassed my expectations! Great character development and fantastic protrayal of Doc Ock! Can`t wait for Spidey 3! One note...don`t bring your 2.5year old with you...they won`t enjoy it!

An excellent movie. Good character development balanced with the best action sequences I`ve seen since the Matrix. Not sure if kids are going to like this one as much as the first one because there is lots more dialogue in this one. I loved the fact that New York was also a character in this movie. Check this movie out.

Overall, brilliant. The one scene with Doc Ock in surgery was a bit disturbing - I found it needlessly violent and in bad taste - but otherwise the action scenes were very well done and the character development great. I started reading Spiderman over 30 years ago and it was good to see some of the Parker `luck` in this film, along with Peter`s inner fears, turmoil, self-doubt etc being explored. In that respect it was a bit like the `old days` at Mighty Marvel. Always good to see Stan in another cameo too. I wasn`t sure how Ock`s arms would look onscreen but the effects worked well and it all told a great story. 4 stars. Go see it. N

This Movie was awesome 100 times better then the first one was Toby really fits this character to a tee. See this movie you won`t regret it

This movie was kinda boring.Too much talk and not enough action. I think they made it go too fast in some ways. The FX were great and the parts with action were good but I wouldnt see it again.

Definitely better than the first..All I have to say is that if you liked the first Spiderman movie you will love this one. Great characters and even better action! A true summer blockbuster !

Who casted the Extras? The extras were terrible. Movie was still awesome
