LOVED IT! it had the potential to end badly, but it didnt (THANK GOD!) all the actors are so funny, and jack black just makes the movie for me. left feeling all warm and fuzzy inside. the best romantic comedy i`ve seen in a long time.

An amazing movie as far as romantic comedy goes! The cast is perfect and played out their roles wonderfully. I was expecting it to be lacking because Jack Black does not seem like the romantic comedy actor, but he was great! Best one I have seen in months. It seems a little dragged out at the beginning but in the end it ties. I recommend it! I would rate it 5 stars

I honestly usualy dont like chick flicks, and im a huge movie critic. I found myself with a soar jaw at they end of this movie because i had smiled the entire time, it was a super feel good movie. I definatly recomend this movie, great for the "holidays". Well done jack black, hands down, very cute

Not a bad movie, but not great either. If youre looking for a time pass flick this is it...otherwise I suggest you pass. Cameron Diaz totally overacted every scene, but Kate Winslet was fantastic as usual.

It is a feel good movie, a little slow at the beginning but fun to see. Definity a good movie for this time of the year.

Loved this movie! While it was a little farfetched (what movie isn`t though!) it was cute and funny and endearing! The character development was also fabulous! Go See it!!

Seriously...I was completely disappointed with this film. I took my husband to it, expecting him to appreciate it since Jack Black is in it, but it was just horrible. He said, "It is like someone made the movie, didn`t like the final result, so they edited it all weird to try and have it make sense. The dialogue between the people was awkward, uncomfortable, and it overall had a bad plot. Cameron Diaz (who did a poor job acting) and Jude Law took up most of the movie, and they had no sparks! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! ( I only ever comment if I feel this strongly against a movie!)

I love it. I saw it three times in theaters, and still wouldnt mind watching it again. As soon as it come`s out on dvd i plan on buying it. I laughed, and realated to some of the feelings brought forth in the film, especially by iris (kate Winslet) every emotion and tear she shed, every word she spoke i could realte to from past relationships. Fantastic Job! and a thumbs up to the producers. Any show a girl can watch three times with out having to binge on chocolate and popcorn is worth my time!

This movie was amazing!! I didn`t think that I could get over Jude Law and how he cheated on Sienna Miller, but this movie made me completely forget about it, because it totally portrayed him in a completely different light, and it seemed so natural to him. I absolutely loved this movie! It was so special, and had the best happy ending!

very much enjoyed the movie,they could have chosen someone else for Jack Black`s part, Kate is too strong a presence, would have been better with a stronger male leader than Jack.

Very nice movie with a great message about releasing from toxic relationships. Well cast with good acting but a bit long and dragged out with really nothing new happening; just too many scenes going on about the same things. Enjoyable enough however and am glad I went to see it.
