The Hunger Games

was this supposed to be a comedy? i laughed out loud many times but i'm not sure that was intentional on the filmmaker's part.

apart from donald sutherland, the performances in this movie were laughably bad. a real howler in the hall of shame!

i want my money back! :(

amazing books! i read them because it shows how people can beat the odds time and time again if they set their minds to it... yes it is full of violence and blood, but there are a lot of movie worse than this one is going to be for that, and no one should not go see this movie just because of that. an author puts violence in books to get a point across, no to have a sick fantasy... if you think people who go to see this movie are going for a sick fantasy then think this.. not all people are weirdos so dont be judging people for going to see a movie about an amazing empowering book.

These are excellent books EVERYONE should appreciate Suzzane Collins' imaginaton. I can't wait until the movie comes out. Special thanks to Gary Ross and Suzzane Collins, the movie will be perfect. Excellent cast. I wish i didn't have to wait so long!

I am so excited for this movie to come out! The cast is not what I pictured. I actually thought that Saoirse Ronan would be perfect for the role of Katniss. Looking forward to seeing what they did with this story.

The trilogy was amazing, especially the first book. I absolutely cannot wait until the movie, i think with the right director it will be amazing. The actress for Katniss, however, doesn't seem to fit the part - i pictured Katniss to be this skinny, long legs, fire attitude kind of girl... i guess we'll see.

Awful book. I had nightmares after reading it. If you enjoy watching children getting speared through the chest by other children, you'll love this.
