The Wicker Man

The Actors must have had a difficult time tyring to keep from laughing during some of the scenes - they were so ridiculous. Save your money and stay home and watch tv - wish we had!

Hubby & I decided we needed a night out and thought we would enjoy this movie.......boy were we wrong. The actors must have been embarrassed to appear in such a ridiculous movie! Guess it`s back to watching National Geographic and the Discovery Channel for us. Save you money - wish we had!

I was extremely disapointed with this whole movie. It`s a great movie if you don`t care about characterization or plot or acting for that matter. Nick Cage has demoted himself and put himself at an all-time low. Way to go Nick, thanks for the career suicide. But hey, I`m sure the World Trade Centre movie will be half decent depending on what side of the propaganda circle you fall on. And as for Ghost Rider and the overuse of computer animation. Do you even care anymore ? Or have you just completely sold out !

Just an average movie, nothing special.

Strong cast, usually interesting director, but overall a disappointing, incohesive, illogical, unintentionally absurd mish-mash of an unnecessary remake. See it; you won`t believe it.

The Previews were a whole lot better than the movie......I was so disappointed with this movie and i thought the script had so much more potential!!! 3*`s being generous

This was the worst movie I`ve ever seen. If you want to come out of the movie hating women then go see it. Guys will leave the movie feeling like trash, And women will leave feeling on top of the world. I give you a choice.....Watch this movie, Or poke your eyes out with a fork and save your money.... Go with the ladder. PLEASE. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Okay, the original movie, had it`s flaws and when I heard a remake was coming out I thought it could work. Nope. Terrible!! They took a story about a battle between religions and turned it into a totally uninteresting battle of the sexes. The original was scattershot but the ending gave me nightmares. The ending here, with a bigger budget, doesn`t even register. Plus Ellen Burstyn is no Christopher Lee. Awful!

ok I was thrilled by the trailler of the movie looked very promissing with a good mystery to it. Boy was I dissappointed, the beginning was good the middle was borring but made you anticipate the conclusion until l they loose track of the story. They really consentrate on making you feel uneasy with a lot of weird unrelated scenes but that`s it no plot development goes any further and so parts were very stupid that a majority of the audience started laughing out loud....shame looke very promissing.

THE WICKER MAN IS ABSOLUTE BRILLIANCE!!! LA BUTE`S MASTERPEICE!!!

Im not even going to comment on how boring this movie was. Im so pissed off that i waisted my time on watching this junk.BB
