Alita: Battle Angel

I quite enjoyed this movie. Alita is a likable a character that you love to root for. it has badass well designed villains. It has excellently done action scenes and a ending that leaves you satisfied but wanting more. Hopefully they make a sequel at some point.

Another James Cameron masterpiece. Absolutely loved this movie. Will definitely buy the blu ray when it comes out.

We loved this movie. It's amazing how they blended the animation with live action! It's beautiful and thrilling at the same time! I've seen it twice now and will probably go again.

action packed stunning art work on characters flawless story line taken from an anime back in 1993-1994

Beautiful character, wonderful actress. Epic start to the story of a young woman finding herself through combat and choosing to use her potential to better the world. She will inspire many, on-screen and off-screen :) "I will not stand by in the presence of evil .. "; very powerful line.

I loved the storyline and the compassion of the main characters. It was a combination of a love story, self-discovery and passion to do the right thing in the midst of chaos and a futuristic world gone bad. There was a lot of violence which usually would be off putting to me but I think that since it was directed at cyborgs it didn't seem that upsetting. I definitely would not take a young teen to it. I am hoping for a prequel and/or sequel.

another boring SJW unrealistic Hollywood agenda "Chick Flik" - save your money, you've already seen this movie.

I was disappointed with just what the true message and meaning of the film was. It seemed like the city in the sky was the place to be, ie upper 1%, but at the same time an evil place. Liked the empowered young woman, a lot of that lately in movies, fighting powerfully and persistently for good. I liked the line by Jennifer Connelly who was mostly evil in the movie when asked why she let Alita get away she said she was a doctor and a mother, she chose good over evil in the end. An empowered dose of Maternalism may be just what this world needs right now. Good robotic them and action.

Makes other action movies look weak. Alita is hot stuff. You will shed tears watching this. Let's pray for a sequel. Sad i could not see in 3D. I would marry her.

One of the marks of a really good movie? Good ratings and few comments. When people are unhappy with a product, they let the world know it, when they`re satisfied, they keep it to themselves. Good show, go and see. You won`t be let down.

I went in somewhat skeptical. I went because Cameron was involved and he does not do things half way. The story, be warned is only part one, but it`s fantastic. A intense merging of CGI and actors, that leaves you wondering who the CGI person is. The story is enthralling, sometimes a little predictable, but you get swept along anyways. I don`t follow anime or Manga books but this rocked. seriously. I`m in my 50s, my wife went with me and so did my 20 year old son. We all gave it a rating of 80% or higher. Highly recommended. It was a very good evening out.

This movie was really cool and energetic. In 3D it was better. This was a great movie . I would rate it 5 stars .

I don't know why these really rotten tomatoes and metacritic coach potatoes don't like it. The movie is really awesome! Worth watching it. By the way nobody paid me to say this and non of my friends or relatives are involve in the movie.

I enjoyed this movie. Good story until the ending. Excellent CGI. Could not give 5 stars because the movie was rated PG13 and there was an F-bomb in it. That should have given it an automatic R rating. *Spoiler* Ending is trite anime "have to win at a game that is run by the bad guy to achieve goal" ending. But if the bad guy runs the game, can't he just change the rules or just not keep his promise? He is the villain after all.

Awesome Movie. Even my wife , who does not like sci-fi loved it .

The movie was really great and well done. I hope it makes more money for the sequel.
