exciting action sequences. quite a few funny moments, particularly from robert downey jr. quite a few corny scenes but you would expect that from a comic book adaptation. worth a watch. i'd probably give 3.5 if possible.

great action movie. still can not get used to a black nick fury

solid, disposable entertainment that hearkens back to the frivolity of the first iron man. a great satutrday afternoon diversion with a great script and cast, but the marvel formula is becoming tired. i long for another superhero film where it feels as though many things are at stake and characters begin to demonstrate fallibility (see: the dark knight).

it is what it is.. an action comic movie with the right amout of humor, character developement and action. those that know the comic loved the chararters. the movie had to build the unknown characters for those unfamilar with the comics, but we loved it..acomic fan and a newbe
