The Curious Case of Benjamin Button

The script could have been a bit tighter, but it was an EXCELLENT movie. I don't even see alot of movie because there's so much crap, but this was a moving story, which really makes you reflect on the fleeting moments of life. Wonderful movie.

wonderful movie, I was very moved by it... It truly shows you the importance of a good life, the acting was superb, it is definatly 5 stars without question, it was very long though but completely worth it and important for character development

Not great entertainment but better than many other movies released this past week. F. Scott Fitzgerald was a brilliant American writer and this film aptly illustrates his prolific use of the metaphor beginning with the timing of the birth of Button, the hurricane coming throughout the movie while the narrator, now an old woman, lies dying in her hospital bed. The acting is superb and there could well be some Oscars here, notably, Best Supporting Actress for Tilda Swinton, in the role of the narrator. Cate Blanchette may well be nominated for her role in this film as well. Brad Pitt is outstanding in the title role as Benjamin Button but he is up against some stiff competition this year

This is such a good movie! I went into the theater thinking I wasn't going to like it very much but I came out loving it... 4 out of 5 stars Brad Pitt gives an amazing performance!

A "must-see"! Incredible! Didn't feel like a 2 1/2 hour movie...kept my husband, son, and myself hooked.

This movie was slow and WAY too long!! I found myself looking at my watch 3 or 4 times to see when it would end!! 3 hours!!! It did have great make up and it did get good at the end when Brad Pitt was young and HOT!!

Awful movie. The movie could not figure out what it was supposed to be. Good scenes in Russia but after that we knew what the characters were going to say before they said it. And it wasn't even funny.

This film is about life and death and everything in between which all of us must face. I cried at the end, the tenderness expressed and the sense of caring for those we love. 'Queenie' was fantastic in her role, Brad is hot and sweet, and Cate is so versatile. Bravo to them all, and the director!

What a snoozefest! Acting is great, but it was 3 hours of drag... more of a romance. For the first time ever, I actually fell asleep in a a movie theatre. This should be a novel.. as a film, too borning.

Story line to long .

Brad and Cate were equally good; and the story was wonderful and moving. I was surprised that it was so long; this definitely wasn't a film that I was fidgeting through. I love movies that explore human relationships and experiences, and this is at the top of my list of all-time favourites for that reason.

I was confused. Was this movie Science Fiction, Adventure, Musical, Comedy or Romance? I do know 2 things for sure about this movie. It was BORING and AWEFUL.

Had me hooked the entire way through. Something about it, just draws you into it. This is one of the best performances ever accomplished by Brad Pitt. Highly recommended
