The Curious Case of Benjamin Button

Sort of a hybrid between 'Big Fish' and 'The Notebook': you know how the movie is going to end but you still play along with the quirky characters. Storyline was interesting. Brad Pitt is beautiful. A bit long but I'll probably go see it again.

Very good movie although a bit too long, but the great acting and direction keeps you into it. This millennium's Forrest Gump!

How is it the special effects wizards can turn Brad Pitt into a senior citizen but Cate Blanchett still looks like a man?

it was a great movie. i liked the movie a lot, it makes you think about your life. brat pitt didnt look 40 at all! lol but he was ugly at first, he looked like ET/voldermort. great movie. i laughed, i didnt cry (but my cousin did), but i did get shocked. id watch it again yall!

It was a great movie......just the right amounut of time to tell the whole story......would go and see it again and was worth seeing in hte theatrea!!!! GO SEE IT

The movie was more hype than anything else. Story line was okay to the point that Benjamin Button started to become a baby. it would have been better if the ending was more credible. Should have been in an adult body, but with an aged mind. He started in an aged body with a baby's mind and it should have ended in the same theme. three hours I will never get back.

This is an excellent film. It is one one the best i have ever viewed!!

This was wonderful story telling at its best. It completely captured my imagination and it seemed to end too soon.

Good story; however the fact it played out longer than 30 minutes was just too much. Acting was good and definitely would not see it again and do not suggest anyone else to see it either.

Did I love the movie, no...did I like it yes. Were the make-up effects clever, yes. Were Cate and Brad good yes (mind you I liked the secondary actors better)...glad I saw the film but too long and parts of the story rather boring...but Hollywood will love and rave about it.

i would have walked out if I wasn't with my wife. I LOVE Fincher...and this was not good. It played out like a poorly written novel, so much more could have been done with this story. The drama was not there and I have no idea why people were laughing... The acting was great and some fantastic mackup give it three stars from me... but I've never been so uncomfortable at the theatre.

Anyone who says this movie is bad needs to leave the country. This movie has to be one of the best I've ever seen in my entire life, and I've seen ALOT of movies. David Fincher is a genius, pure genius.

amazing movie. well-executed.

Slow at the beginning, but the story evolved well after that, and we enjoyed it immensely. Brad Pitt is probably not the right cast in this one. He seems too one dimensional, and lame. His mother, Queenie, was excellent. A very interesting perspective to life in reverse. Well worth seeing.

This movie is fabulous. The story is lovingly told and very beautifully told. It has a lot of life lessons in it.

I second that it was three (plus!) hours of my life that I'll never get back. The similarities to Forrest Gump were uncanny. Not worth it at ALL!

It's clear that a very few people are just at the wrong movie. You need to stay with your PS3's, your out of your league.IGNOR THEM, THEY ARE A.D.D. The critics and the majority of commentaries cannot be wrong and they are not.Great acting, superior script that is long but necesary to the story. People,this is a fiction with a tremendous amount of metaphor, that may require a 2nd look for many/most! Unless you have to die to get an Oscar, it's Brads.
