Anne Hathaway is great! She looks amazing and played a good role.

This was a good movie - easy to "get into" and very engaging. The movie could have been much sillier, but Meryl Streep`s performance is incredible and takes the whole idea behind the film to a new level. My only hesitation in giving this film a top-notch rating is in the ambiguity of the message. There is a good message, a moral to the story - but there is also a subtle superficial bent that says you can`t reach your potential unless you`re in designer shoes. All in all, though, a great flick and well worth your time.

I thought it was very well adapted from the book. The actors did great, and the clothes I wanted everything they wore.

It was a very well done movie. Meryl Streep plays a great bad guy. I love the fact she never raises her voice, yet she is able to to strike fear in all the people around her.

I thought it was a date kind of movie. I just didn`t like the fact that they all acted like anne hathaways`s character was changing so much,when it was really only minor changes. I also felt that he changes were completely acceptable and not out of the ordinary to keep a job,unlike how her cast members were making it seem like. I thought it was simple and light and I had a few good laughs. Did i mention Meryl Streep is hilarious?? Because she is.

Definitely one of the best films for 2006. This is a great movie that contains an excellent cast of Anne Hathaway, Emily Brunt, Stanley Tucci, and Meryl Streep. I highly recommend you see this movie.

The movie was cute, quirky and had it`s moments but was over-all predictable and pretty much done before. See it for Meryl Streep`s beauty and acting skills.

A fun evening. Most people can relate to this film to some degree.

I loved the movie. I liked Meryl Streep`s first assistant. She was funny even though her character was suppose to be sarcastic & snobby. It was an excellent movie. This is one movie I will purchase when it becomes available in the stores.

This movie was great. My friend (who I went with), said that it was even better than the book itself. Meryl Streep is a fantastic actress and her character is great! The only downside is that Anne Hathaway is very typecast, in that her character is extremely similar to her character in The Princess Diaries.
