great movie :)

It did the book justice...witty and intelligent

not too I was forced to see it by girlfriend. The story is good enough for a rental. The acting was first classs but the movie was boring I felt like shooting myself. I heard the book was better though.

stupid movie

I was disappointed in this movie. There wasn`t a lot of comedy and she didn`t mess up in her job that. But she did learn a valvable lesson in the end but the movie wasn`t funny it was a bit boring

I thought this was a great film. Meryl Streep is at the top of her game and Anne Hathaway is really coming into her own as an actress. Highly recommended.

Overall, good movie with a few funny parts. Not academy worth but fun to watch.

Meryl Streep is known for her amazing ability to transform herself into any Character, and "The Devil Wears Prada" is no exception. Streep is immaculate in her portrayal as the controlling,cold, and aggressive head of RUNWAY magazine. It`s a cookie-cutter of a movie, but with some sharp dialogue, a cute love story, and Meryl Streep in top, viscious form.

I could probably waiting to rent this movie.

Meryl Streep MAKES every movie she is in. Stody a bit ditzy but she was wonderful (as usual). Movie could have been a vit shorter. There are people like Miranda around in the business you know.

Yes this is a "chick flick", but guys will enjoy it too - I did. Not only do you get to see the transformation of Anne Hathaway from frump-girl to fashion queen, but you get to see how her personality and perception of the world gets changed to "the dark side", as they said int he movie.

I thought this movie was really good it was a lot more fresh then some of the crap out lately it was a bit more for a younger audience then it should have been seeing as it was more of an adult book, but besides that it was great, meryl streep was hilarious and anne hathaway did a good job way better then cheezy princess diaries two. 5 out of 5. go see it u will probably be pleasantly surprised.

I loved this movie. It helps to bring the people who think that "fashionistas" are superficial to the fact that everything in fashion starts on the runways and traickles down. It`s ok to love fashion and you shouldn`t be ashamed. You can love fashion and still be a wonderful caring person. Finally a movie that screams it! The acting was wonderful, funny and entertaining. If you love Style Network and Vogue with some humor this is for you!
